The Big Five is the most validated framework in personality science, but it is routinely misused. A trait score is a tendency, not a verdict.

Traits are distributions, not points. Naming the tendency gives you the power to work with it deliberately.

HUMA uses these measures as a starting map. The map is useful precisely because you are free to travel beyond it.
