Personal voice matters

When one becomes an employee of an organization, the loss of independence is inevitable, as they become bound to supporting a collective narrative and working alongside a team.

The presence of a team, and subsequently an organization, brings about a substitution of personal psychology, predominantly pragmatic in nature, with the complex dynamics of group psychology, burdened by the weight of politics.

Ultimately, as individuals become clustered within groups, their personal voice is diminished, merging into the average voice of the organization, which can be easily manipulated and controlled by external forces, such as the government.

Thus, the triumph of small groups emerges, as they prove to be more effective without the process of averaging, the entanglement of politics, and the presence of centralized control. Consequently, it is only through the actions of individuals that true prosperity can be achieved.
